What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost.

For post‑construction cleaning, we bring all professional supplies, tools, and equipment needed to safely and thoroughly remove construction dust and debris from your home. This includes specialized vacuums, dusting tools, and equipment designed for detailed post‑renovation cleanup while still being safe for residential environments.If you prefer eco‑friendly or specific products, please let us know at the time of booking so we can determine whether they are suitable for post‑construction conditions.If you are allergic or sensitive to any cleaning products, you MUST inform us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and clean your home safely.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. This deposit is applied towards the total balance of your cleaning service and is not merely a hold on your card. For example, if your cleaning service is quoted at $200, your deposit will amount to $50. This amount will be deducted from the estimated total, leaving you with a balance of approximately $150.

What is your rescheduling policy?

To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit.

We determine pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, along with the estimated duration of the cleaning. Simply select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms on our website to receive an instant quotation.While we consider several factors when providing an initial estimate over the phone, our cleaning technicians may find it necessary to allocate additional time to complete the full scope of service in your home. We will contact you one hour before the scheduled completion of your initial cleaning to discuss any unforeseen circumstances. Should extra time be required due to factors such as extensive dirt or a large number of decorations, you will have the choice to approve the additional time or adhere to the original estimate. Rest assured, we will never charge your card for any extra time without your explicit consent.

What is the 2-hour window?
