1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the ScrubbieDubDub Cleaning Solutions, LLC website.
2. Description of Services
ScrubbieDubDub Cleaning Solutions, LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. Services, pricing, availability, and other applicable terms may vary by service and are provided through the applicable booking, estimate, service agreement, invoice, or booking confirmation.
3. Booking and Service Appointments
Residential services may be scheduled through our online booking system. Commercial services may require an on-site walkthrough, evaluation, customized quote, and confirmation before an appointment is scheduled.
A booking is considered confirmed once the applicable booking requirements have been completed and the required deposit has been received.
By scheduling a service, the client agrees to the applicable service details, pricing, deposit requirements, cancellation policy, rescheduling policy, and payment terms presented during the booking process.
4. Deposits and Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure cleaning appointments. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the cleaning service and is not merely a temporary hold on the client's card.
Residential Cleaning: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the scheduled cleaning cost is required.
Commercial Cleaning: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the scheduled cleaning cost is required.
The remaining balance is due on the day the cleaning service is completed. The payment method provided at the time of booking will be charged for the remaining balance after completion of the service.
Clients must maintain a valid credit or debit card on file.
We accept credit and debit cards for cleaning services. We do not accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or other forms of payment unless otherwise expressly agreed by ScrubbieDubDub Cleaning Solutions, LLC.
If a scheduled payment is declined, the client is responsible for updating their payment information and resolving the outstanding balance before the next scheduled service. Failure to resolve a declined payment may result in cancellation of future services and applicable cancellation charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
For residential and commercial cleaning services, if a client cancels on the day of the scheduled cleaning, an additional cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled cleaning cost will be charged. This results in a total charge of 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost when combined with the original deposit.
Any cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Clients who need to reschedule a cleaning appointment must provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated.
When a new appointment is arranged after the applicable rescheduling period, a new non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the new appointment.
7. Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
ScrubbieDubDub Cleaning Solutions, LLC does not provide monetary refunds for completed cleaning services or non-refundable deposits, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If a client has a concern regarding a completed service, they should contact ScrubbieDubDub Cleaning Solutions, LLC promptly so that the concern can be reviewed and addressed.
8. Liability, Insurance, Bonding, and Property Damage
ScrubbieDubDub Cleaning Solutions, LLC is insured and bonded. We take reasonable care when providing cleaning services and take appropriate precautions to protect our clients' homes, businesses, and property.
Clients are responsible for notifying ScrubbieDubDub Cleaning Solutions, LLC of any concerns regarding damage, loss, or the condition of property as soon as reasonably possible after the service.
Any limitations of liability are subject to applicable law and the terms and conditions of our applicable insurance and bonding coverage.
9. Use of Website Content
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, service descriptions, and other materials, is the property of ScrubbieDubDub Cleaning Solutions, LLC or is used with appropriate permission and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, its systems, or related accounts.
